Tuning in with your foot pressures can give you a lot of insight into how you’re body is navigating around, what it might be avoiding, and what that means for all the areas where you feel discomfort. If you have issues in your feet - neuromas, bunions, those kind of things - taking your foot pressures can already give you a clue as to why they’re there. It sounds obvious but more often than not people have no idea that all their body weight is in that area of discomfort and that it never leaves. But for problems higher up the chain foot pressures also tell us a lot! Knee pain on one side? Why do you think is it only one knee? Foot pressures might allow you to start making sense of it... Based on foot pressures we can create a pretty accurate picture of the whole rest of the body. A foot that’s flatter will push and turn the pelvis away (of course affecting what each hip is able to do).
